Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

As we ship to various international destinations, your order may be subject to import taxes and duties once the package reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

 

[UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES]

In cases of incorrect addresses, unpaid customs fees, or refusal of delivery, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by customs procedures, extreme weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

All items are shipped from overseas, so a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is mandatory.

Even if it is a bit inconvenient, please send us your PCCC (starting with 'P' + 13 digits) along with

your name and order number via Channel Talk after payment.
